MULTIMEDIA Application for OUTLOUD Participants
OUTLOUD is a multimedia concept which consists of OUTLOUD Newsgazine, OUTLOUD TV, and OUTLOUD's Online Zine. OUTLOUD was created to reflect the concerns and opinions of young adults, and it is produced, edited, filmed, managed and distributed by young adults. Content covers news & entertainment.

Duties of the OUTLOUD Newsgazine Participants
* Florida Residents Only (if you do not live in FL, you can write for the online zine)

Writers:
OUTLOUD Newsgazine writers can pick a topic that he/she would like to write about from our Story Budget, developed at the Brainstorming session, or they can write an article based on their own idea
a) All topics must be researched, and the sources must be quoted
b) You may submit photos to accompany your article, or an OUTLOUD photographer may be requested to take pictures for you
c) Centerfold Pictures- Submit your own photos, or take photo’s for the centerfold during the month
d) Distribution- Deliver Newsgazines to your favorite hangouts & at school
e) Regular involvement via email is expected
f) Attend Monthly Brainstorming Sessions, if possible
Note: Some articles written for the newsgazine may also appear on OUTLOUD Online Zine

Photographers:
OUTLOUD Newsgazine photographers can request to take pictures at an event/concert that he/she would like to cover. Photos may be used to accompany an article or to be put in the centerfold, or on the online gallery.
a) Request concert/event coverage at least one month in advance to allow for press pass petition.
b) Professionally represent OUTLOUD in all media events in order to be able to communicate to other press members what OUTLOUD is all about
c) Must provide names for all pictures taken both for events & centerfold
d) Distribution- Deliver Newsgazines to your favorite hangouts & at school
e) Regular involvement via email is expected
f) Attend Monthly Brainstorming Sessions, if possible


Duties of the OUTLOUD TV Participants
* Florida Residents Only

Hosts:
a) Study the show script before filming
b) Show up on time to film shoot
c) Come prepared to the studio with 3 outfits
d) Be professional at all times
e) Follow Director’s orders

Interviewers:
a) Have good background knowledge on the subject/person you are interviewing
b) Submit questions to OUTLOUD prior to interview
c) Show up on time to film shoot
d) Be professional at all times
e) Follow Director’s orders

Street Talk Reporters:
a) Have a good background knowledge on the topic
b) Submit questions to OUTLOUD prior to interview
c) Show up on time to film shoot
d) Be professional at all times


Duties of the OUTLOUD Online Zine Participants

Online Writers:
OUTLOUD Online Zine writers can write an article based on their own idea
or review a concert/event
a) All topics must be researched, and the sources must be quoted
b) You may submit photos to accompany your article
c) Pictures for Online Photo Gallery- Submit your own photos
d) Regular involvement via email is expected

Online Photographers:
OUTLOUD Online Publication photographers can request to take pictures at an event/concert that he/she would like to cover. Photos may be used to accompany an online article or to be put in the online photo gallery.
a) Online photographers must get permission from OUTLOUD staff to request press pass access
b) Professionally represent OUTLOUD in all media events in order to be able to communicate to other press members what OUTLOUD is all about
c) Must provide names for all pictures taken both for events & photo gallery
d) Regular involvement via email is expected
