All Time Low at an all time high

Recent high school graduates, the group calling itself All Time Low has come a long way for being so young. The band’s Alex Gaskarth was nice enough to share the bands excitement on being in this year’s Warped Tour.
“Aw man, this tour is so much fun. We are the babies of this tour,” said Gaskarth, All Time Low’s 19-year-old witty vocalist/guitarist. “Everyone is so nice to us.”

Babies? You wouldn’t get that impression from watching the band play live like pros, as if they have been playing for 20 years. The band has released two albums with Emerald Moon Records and has also had the opportunity to tour along side hello goodbye and Cartel. All Time Low has now signed with Hopeless Records, which has allowed them to tour on this year’s Warped Tour.
“I don’t have a girlfriend,” he said with a sad face, “but hey, no one’s complaining because I won’t have to worry about leaving her behind and being bugged every day on tour. It’s cool to just relax and really not worry about leaving things behind. I and the band couldn’t be anymore happy. Do you have a boyfriend?” he asked me.
“This interview isn’t about me, it’s about you and the band!” I replied, laughing at his question.
Finally, after more joking around, I asked about further projects the guys had after the tour. “We are at it,” he said. “We are going on another tour with Boys Like Girls, and so it should be really exciting and fun!” As for Warped Tour 2008, “We are really looking forward to hopefully do it again.”
