Congress rejected the "do-not-call list," which contains 50 million phone numbers sent in by people who said that they don't want to be bothered by telemarketers. Michael Powell, Federal Communications Commission chairman, said the FCC would enforce the list and support consumer's privacy.

Coke's smart billboard
Coca-cola revealed an interactive billboard in London that changes according to the weather: When it rains, big drops appear on the billlboard's screen and when it's breezy, the Coke sign can ripple as if it's being blown by the wind. The billboard will soon be able to recognize people waving at it and will be able to respond to text messages from mobile phones.
