PUMPING IRON
3 out of 4 stars

Yes, Ah-nuld came back this summer in Terminator 3, but he got his start as himself (talk about typecasting!) in this behind-the-scenes look at the 1975 Mr. Olympia competition. A pre-Hollywood Arnold trains for the contest against Lou "Hulk Smash!" Ferrigno, Franco Colombo and other heavy hitters. The film is notorious for showing the Kindergarten Cop as insanely obsessed, even skipping his dad's funeral because it gets in the way of training. He even smokes a joint! Mrs. Maria Shriver recently bought the rights to the film, but if you can find it, take a peek.

NIGHT OF THE DAY OF THE DAWN OF THE SON OF THE…
2 ½ stars out of 4

The title goes on like this and ends with 'Part 2,' but that's not important. Director Lowell Mason took the zombie classic Night of the Living Dead, deleted the soundtrack and re-dubbed it as a comedy. There are some really funny scenes, especially the one where the kids have a heated argument as to who's going to drive through the living dead to pick up the pizza and another scene where Duane Jones begs Judith O'Dea for some good lovin'. A perfect movie to watch when you have company over.

WESTWORLD
3 ½ stars out of 4

Two friends decide to spend their vacation at a futuristic resort where you can act out your fantasies with robot employees. Things go awry when they go to Westworld, a version of the Old West. One of the robot gunslingers malfunctions, shoots one of the friends and sends the other one running for his life. Really good stuff, and the foundation for writer Crichton's other futuristic park. You know, the one with the dinosaurs.
